MSA is seeking candidates to enter the lucrative field
of recruiting for Sales and Marketing personnel. Earning potential for this position is
very high depending on your ability.
Description: You can grow to become a
key link between our clients and candidates. You will recruit candidates from our
extensive data base and find new qualified candidates from a wide range of sources. A
good dose of ambition, a high work ethic, and your ability to self-start will lead to
financial success in this dynamic working environment.
Compensation: 50-100K total package
in the first Year. Experienced recruiters on pure
commission with no cap make 6 FIGURES+
Requirements: You should have a professional presence, be a
good judge of people, and have good telephone skills. You must be detailed oriented,
take pride in the quality of your performance, and be able to work in a periodic high pressure
environment. You should be willing to relocate to the Chicago area if needed.
Recruiting experience, a Marketing or Business education, and previous Sales experience are
definite pluses.
